​Putting together a teaching scheme to help teach and motivate healthy and achievable goals, working alongside people in West Virgina for Jamie Oliver food revolution. Setting up a local cook school. Also teaching and working in the uk, doing private cooking lessons in people's homes, teaching dishes from around the world. Teaching food styling and food stories, celebrating food to the modern day bloggers.

Working alongside Ina in her beautiful Hampton home. Creating incredible dishes for the TV show 'the Barefoot Contessa' for 5 series.

We were fortunate to be able to able to use the great produce of the local farm stands of the Hampton's, and being able to travel and and work with her in Napa valley.

I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Gwyneth Paltrow,
for a magazine shoot (Bon Appétit) in her stylish London
townhouse, helping recreate & style the beautiful recipes
from her cookbook! The food tasted delicious and Gwyneth looked fabulous as always. Her lifestyle, fitness & food are truly inspirational.
