For a long time I have been passionate about baking. I have been so blessed to work with so many amazing mentors Jamie Oliver, Mary Berry, Ina Garten, Heston Blumenthal, Eric Lanlard, Paul Hollywood and Gary Rhodes. All of them added to my knowledge and creativity for the perfect bakes.
